Let’s be REAL for a moment…

While vacations are exhilarating, most of us, at some point along the journey, look forward to getting home to rest up and get ones “head on straight again.“
For those of us who travel with disabilities, the thought of getting home is never far from our minds. No matter how exhilarating of a time we are having, there is something about being in our familiar, barrier free, places of abode that leaves us “wanting.”

With that being said, I am certainly not suggesting that disabled individuals should never leave home! As a matter of fact, I reccomend that EVERY DISABLED INDIVIDUAL should plan, at some point in their life, to GO AND EXPLORE some place they have always dreamed about.

But wouldn’t it be nice if we could experience some of those things we love about being home, while exploring that special place? Because of modern advancements in construction and disability awareness “becoming” more prevalent in society, much of this can be accomplished! BUT for the most part, in order to have these “amenities,” from start to finish, it takes an individual who specializes in accessible travel.

IT IS MY PLEASURE TO INTRODUCE JOELLE, OF ENCHANTED VACATIONS.
