Well, I have some exciting news!  (At least it is for me.)  Today I went for my first bike ride with my husband!!  This was such an exciting day!!  Not me riding my bike and him in his powerchair, but both of us riding bikes.  Happiness and joy seem to inexpressive.

After all these years, we just found out about a program that rents out trics for free during the summer months.  Awesome!  Bruno “the shoulder breaker”  is now a part of our lives for the next few months.

Steve is now wore out completely and he aches all over, but this is so good for him….for both of us.  And as he works out his upper body on his bike, I am working my legs…this means between the two of us, we are working out a whole body.  I like this kind of methodology.  Look out summer, we be cruizn!!
